ABX is a young, fast-growing chemical and pharmaceutical company based in Saxony, Germany. We are the global market leader in the production of precursors and kits for PET diagnostics. These are mainly used in the detection of tumours by positron emission tomography (PET). ABX currently employs over 360 people. Due to our strong market position we have a continuous profitable growth. Since 2007 we have been part of a large Japanese pharmaceutical group.To expand our team in the Radiochemistry department, we are looking for a commercial employee (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Task

  • Correspondence with international customers, mainly in English 
  • Preparation of shipping documents for worldwide shipping, including the preparation of customs and export documents, taking into account the applicable dangerous goods regulations
  • Organization of transport and its tracking and tracing
  • Creation, maintenance and conscientious management of accompanying documentation
  • Administrative tasks
  • Planning/coordination of orders/shipping orders

Qualification

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in international shipping/export an advantage
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and confident with MS Office
  • Independent, self-reliant, customer-oriented and structured way of working
  • Commitment and motivation, reliability, ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to continue professional development through internal and external training courses
