Investing in employee wellbeing while encouraging climate-friendly mobility choices. ABX offers employee benefit programs with the opportunity for positive impact on environmental or social sustainability. One quarter of the workforce uses the workplace health promotion. 

It allows access to a wide range of sport and wellbeing facilities and multiple guided programs within these facilities. The financial costs are borne by employee and employer. In high demand is the Deutschland-Ticket Jobticket. 

Financially supported by ABX the participants can unlimitedly use public transport for commuting and for private mobility in Germany. Bike leasing as the second mobility program does not only support the usage of low-carbon mobility but supports employee health as well. 

In cooperation with a service provider, employees have the option for bike leasing. SDG 3 - Good Health and Well-Being as well as SDG 13 – Climate Action are targeted to be supported by these programs.

 

Advancing sustainability in everyday business through smarter resource choices.
 

To promote sustainability in everyday office life, ABX switched in 2026 from virgin fibre to recycled copy paper. This will reduce the consumption of primary raw materials and our Scope 3 emissions whereby it aims to support SDG 12 (Sustainable Consumption and Production). At the same time, compliance with ABX quality standards could be ensured.
 

Building on this achievement, the possibility of switching other kinds of paper to more sustainable alternatives will be evaluated.
