18F-SiFAlin-TATE is produced by isotopic exchange. The 18F-labeled compound is an alternative to the corresponding 68Ga-tracer and avoids economic and logistic challenges caused by the use of 68Ge/68Ga generators. The kit-like one-step labeling procedure allows preparation of 18F-SiFAlin-TATE high RCYs under mild conditions.
