ABX is a young, fast-growing chemical and pharmaceutical company based in Saxony, Germany. We are the global market leader in the production of precursors and kits for PET diagnostics. These are mainly used in the detection of tumours by positron emission tomography (PET).ABX currently employs around 400 people. Due to our strong market position we have a continuous profitable growth. Since 2007 we have been part of a large Japanese pharmaceutical group. For our research department we are looking for employees (m/f/d) for synthesis development and automation as soon as possible.

Qualification

  • Completed training as a chemical technician (f/m/d), chemical technical assistant (f/m/d), chemical laboratory assistant (f/m/d) or similar
  • Good organisational skills, personal responsibility and independence
  • Good knowledge of MS Word
  • Knowledge of the application of GMP rules
  • Ability to work in a team

Task

  • Sample acceptance and organisation of the dispatch of samples to contract laboratories
  • Analysing simple chemical-physical parameters such as pH values, conductivities, titrations
  • Room monitoring with regard to temperature and humidity
  • Labelling incoming goods and products in the warehouse
  • Ordering consumables and chemicals
  • Assisting with the maintenance of GMP documents
