[99mTc]Sestamibi [1] is myocardial perfusion imaging agent to visualize the blood flow through the heart. It is also used in the diagnosis of primary hyperparathyroidism to identify parathyroid adenomas, in radioactive surgery of the parathyroid gland and in the diagnosis of breast cancer [2].
