Qualification
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT system electronics technician or comparable, alternatively career changer with relevant experience
- Experience in Microsoft system administration (e.g. Windows Server/Client, Active Directory, Entra)
- Experience in 1st or 2nd level support
- Independent, reliable and structured way of working
- High level of solution-orientation, ability to work in a team and friendly demeanour even in stressful situations
- Willingness to undergo continuous further training
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Task
- Acceptance and follow-up of software and hardware faults in the IT support team
- Independently analysing, processing and documenting incidents and service requests in 1st & 2nd level support
- Providing hardware for workstations (e.g. computers, telephones, printers)
- Installing operating systems and application software
- Administration of users and authorisations
- Maintaining the inventory
- Providing information for 3rd level support
- Support in IT projects
